PLEASE Help Me Help Others

Have you or someone close to you been effected by cancer? If the answer to this is YES then help me help the people who are suffering and who have been in your situation.

Cancer Research UK’s Race for Life is the UK’s largest women-only fundraising event series.

I am planning to walk 5k on Sunday 6th June 2010 in Hartlepool to raise money to fund research and equipment needed to help people with cancer.

My reasons behind this are that I lost my Nanna to cancer when I was 11 years old, my Grandma in 2006 and I have just recently lost my Grandad who battled cancer for 2 years.

Without the help of people raising money to support cancer research, they would not have had a chance.
