If you have chosen to do a journalism degree then you must have a passion for writing. As many of you know when doing this course it is hard to get experience with companies and people who are actually prepared to recommend you.
Well, I have found something very interesting...if you set up your own blog (which should the first step when becoming a writer) then you can earn money and credit for writing and posting blogs on your own site.
Sound to good to be true? Well trust me it isn't. When I was a struggling student I registered for a few freelance outsource companies and was surprised to discover just how much money can be made. However, now i actually have a job and very little time, I though I would pass on my knowledge to the rest of you...

ReplyDeleteI assure you it is definitley not a con. I have gained a lot of work and experience through this. It is actually how i managed to get my current job in web marketing...all i can say is if you are a writer then surely writing is what you want to do!
