Buying Childrens Designer Clothes is Childs Play

It seems the need for childrens designer clothes has increased dramatically over the last few years. This could be caused by a number of things.

Materialistic UK
People in the UK have a need to be better than the person next to them. This stems through the parents down to the children. Parents are all up with the latest fashion and it would put them out to have their children running around in anything other than childrens designer clothes.

Celebrity Style
Ever since the Beckhams entered our lives with their perfect style and perfect lives, most people have wanted to be them. Between the Beckhams kids Brooklyn and Cruz wearing very swanky childrens designer clothes and now Madonna’s daughter Lourdes designing her own clothes range it is inevitable that children today will want to be designer.

Childrens designer clothes have become a must have for any aged child. Even babies are wearing designer clothes and footwear these days. Kids are playing out in the streets and climbing trees in little Adidas trainers and Paul Smith jeans.

Three questions for this; has England just become so materialistic we have to have our children designer. Has the price of childrens designer clothes dropped massively in the last few years or have parents gained a higher disposable income to what they previously had? Either way is it acceptable to spend over £100 on one item of clothing?
